Roger Vivier Fall/Winter 2021 presents: The Virgule

The Virgule Heel Reimagined

A Distinct Creation by Roger Vivier

It was 1963 when Roger Vivier creates one of his most iconic heel inventions, the Virgule (which translates to comma in English). The heel imitates the shape of its namesake with a pronounced curve that rolls under the foot - a style never before seen in footwear. For Fall/Winter 2021, Creative Director Gherardo Felloni reimagines the Virgule heel for the contemporary Vivier woman, putting a fresh take on the distinct shape while staying true to Maison's heritage.
