- What are the delivery times and costs?Shipping times and costs depend on the shipping method chosen and do not include the time taken to prepare the order. At checkout you can choose between:
Pick-up in store
Ground - Complimentary. Expected delivery within 1 - 7 business days after order ships.
Second Day - $25. Guaranteed delivery on second business day for all order placed before 12:00 PM EST.
Next Day - $35. Guaranteed delivery on the next business day for all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST.
Express shipping subjected to product availability in the US warehouse
Deliveries take place at office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Using the tracking number that you will be sent at the time of dispatch, you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment. Please note: for shipments to Southern Italy and islands, delivery may take one extra working day. These delivery times do not apply for custom-made products, which take 4-8 weeks.
- Can I have my order shipped to several addresses?Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order.
If you prefer having your order shipped to several different addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- What countries can be delivered to?Roger Vivier delivers to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Polonia, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA.
You may arrange for pick-up at a Roger Vivier boutique in the following countries: France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong and Spain.

- Can I order a product online or over the phone for in-store pick-up?You may place an order online or by phone and arrange for pick-up at a Roger Vivier boutique in the following countries: France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong and Spain.
