- What is a pre-order and how does it work?Selected special looks may be purchased in advance online. Pre-ordered products will be reserved for you and sent as soon as they become available.
Delivery times are indicated online in the item description, as well as in the order confirmation email, which will be sent as soon as the purchase has been successfully processed.
If your order includes pre-ordered items with different delivery dates, you will receive the items separately.
The purchase of pre-ordered items can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Card, Carte Bleue, Discover, Maestro , Visa Electron, or PayPal.
As soon as an order is complete, a payment authorization will be automatically processed to verify the validity of the card and available funds. However, the order amount will not be debited at this phase. The amount will be debited when the item(s) has been shipped, and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
In the event that you have chosen to pay for your item(s) via Sofort, the total amount will be debited from your account when your order has been confirmed.
- Can I track my order?Roger Vivier will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the progression of your order.

- Can I cancel or change the details of my order?If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us without delay. We will do our best to satisfy your request. However, once an order is in the preparation phase at the warehouse, we won't be able to guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order.
If you have received an order but would like to return it, please consult our return, sent with the order confirmation email or available for consultation in our returns section. Once we have received your returned item, we will reimburse any payment, as requested.
- Which payment methods can I use?Roger Vivier accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Card, Carte Bleue, Discover, Maestro e Visa Electron, and pre-paid credit cards.
The total amount will be debited when the item(s) has been shipped.
PayPal: pay easily online without having to enter your credit card details.
The total amount will be debited from your account when the item(s) has been shipped.
Sofort: pay for your item(s) through the use of homebanking, a process that only you can view. The total amount will be debited on receipt of order confirmation.
Klarna: payment method that allows you to divide the purchase amount into up to three installments. Payment can be made with any credit card through the Klarna app.
- Is payment secure on Rogervivier.com?Each purchase is secured on the site by advanced site certificate servers and (SSL) coding systems. We only use secure connections, indicated by the prefix "https" and the lock symbol which can be seen in the browser's address bar as soon as you enter the "Checkout" pages.
Our payment department checks transactions for fraudulent activity prior to confirming a transaction and may contact you for further information before confirming your order.

- Why has my order been declined? Should I place a new order?If you have received an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online, or contact us.
- Can I place an order over the phone?Our Customer Service Team is available to complete your order by telephone: please contact us. Once you have selected the item(s) that you would like to purchase, we will ask you to provide a delivery address and payment information to confirm the order. We guarantee the full protection of any personal information that you provide during the payment process. You will receive an order confirmation email listing the items purchased as soon the process is complete.
- How long can an item stay in my shopping bag?If you are already signed into your personal Roger Vivier account on the device you are using, the shopping bag will remain active for seven days.
The shopping cart remains active for 12 hours for guest users.
Roger Vivier cannot guarantee the future availability of the pieces placed in your wishlist or your shopping bag.
To secure the items, you must complete the checkout process.
- Can I include gift wrap or a gift message with my order?All orders placed on the Roger Vivier online boutique are sent in their original boxes, along with carefully packaged accessories such as a dust pouch, care tips and replacement spikes (if applicable).
You may add a personal message to your order. This personal message will be printed on a special note card. This option may only be selected during the order process.
- Can I order a product online or over the phone for in-store pick-up?It is possible to place an order online or by phone and arrange to pick it up at a Roger Vivier boutique in the following countries:
France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Hong Kong, and Spain.
