Women's shoes are available in European sizes, while Men's shoes are available in UK sizes. We strongly recommend that you refer to the size guide to find your Roger Vivier size.

- Can I reserve a product in store?With our "reserve in-store" service, you can place an order for pick-up at your nearest Boutique.
Select the item and size, and then select your nearest Boutique from our store list.
Complete the request by clicking on "reserve in-store".
If you prefer to reserve an item by ordering it over the telephone, please contact us.
- Is there a way to check whether a product is available in store?The "Find in-store" service allows you to verify the availability of items seen online at our Roger Vivier Boutiques.
Select the desired item and size, and select your nearest Boutique from our Store List in order to verify the product's availability.

- The product I'm looking for is sold out on the Roger Vivier website. How can I be notified when that product is back in stock?If a product that you are interested in purchasing is "sold out", we suggest that you add this product to your Wishlist.
That way, we will contact you via email as soon as the item becomes available.

- What is a pre-order and how does it work?Selected special looks may be purchased in advance online. Pre-ordered products will be reserved for you and sent as soon as they become available.
Delivery times are indicated online in the item description, as well as in the order confirmation email, which will be sent as soon as the purchase has been successfully processed.
If your order includes pre-ordered items with different delivery dates, you will receive the items separately.
The purchase of pre-ordered items can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Card, Carte Bleue, Discover, Maestro , Visa Electron, or PayPal.
As soon as an order is complete, a payment authorization will be automatically processed to verify the validity of the card and available funds. However, the order amount will not be debited at this phase. The amount will be debited when the item(s) has been shipped, and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
In the event that you have chosen to pay for your item(s) via Sofort, the total amount will be debited from your account when your order has been confirmed.
